YOUR SCHEDULE
DAY 1
Arrival at 4pm : Participants' welcome, introduction to the accommodation & check-in5p.m : Workshop, Opening circle at the start of the retreat
6p.m : Gentle Vinyasa and mobility session
7p.m : Dinner
9p.m : Yin Yoga session, creating your personal space for the retreat (Optional add-on : body or facial massage available to book from 45€)
DAY 2
8a.m : Vinyasa Flow session, Strenght & Flow9a.m : Breakfast
10a.m : Hike around the Tignes area
1p.m : Lunch at Chalet Hôtel Yeti
2p.m : Themed activity, the art of breathing
4p.m : Afternoon snack
5.30p.m : Yin Yoga session, Mobility & Release
8p.m : Dinner at Chalet Hôtel Yéti
DAY 3
8a.m : Vinyasa Flow, Breath and Endurance9a.m : Collation
9.30a.m : Themed workshop, Mobility and Flexibility or Creative workshop to journaling (optional 60€/pers) or Self-massage workshop "facial routine" (optional) or Free Time
11a.m : Brunch & Reflection on the retreat
2p.m : Closing of the weekend
