To fully enjoy your stay in Tignes, be sure to subscribe to the Tranquiloc cancellation insurance* within 48 hours following your booking confirmation.

Why choose Tranquiloc?

  • “All justified reasons” cancellation: In case of a sudden, unforeseeable event beyond your control, you are covered for expenses up to €25,000 (death, illness, dismissal, job transfer, loss of paid leave, etc.)
  • COVID-19 coverage: If you, your spouse, or a close relative test positive before departure, your trip is protected (medical proof required)
  • Trip interruption: Reimbursement of unused land-based services (accommodation, sports lessons, equipment rental, etc.) in case of early repatriation or return, prorated up to €25,000
  • Late arrival: Reimbursement for up to 3 nights if your arrival is delayed by more than 24 hours due to an unforeseeable event during your trip from home to your destination
  • Additional guarantees for your peace of mind: vacation liability insurance, “anti-surprise” guarantee, coverage for forgotten items, and key replacement

When subscribing to the cancellation insurance, the client must provide the name of each participant and inform Tignes Réservation of any changes in participants before the stay.
