Tignes Réservation is the official booking office for the ski resort of Tignes. We offer a wide choice of accommodation and activities for your stay in the mountains: hotels, tourist residences, holiday clubs, individual chalets and apartments.

How does Tignes Réservation online sales work ?
Book with peace of mind: all our properties are rigorously selected and certified by our experts. You can book your stay on our website : reservation.tignes.net Choose your type of accommodation (flat, hotel), indicate your dates of stay and the number of people.  Start your search.  You can refine your search by area, location, residences, facilities using the left-hand pane.  You can access a detailed description of the property by clicking on View More. Select a flat or room, then click on Book and Add to basket.  At this point, you will have access to a choice of additional services (ski passes, ski lessons, etc.) that you can add to your basket.  Finalise your booking by letting us guide you through to payment. 
Additional costs related to my accommodation/activities booking
Tourist tax: Visitor's tax must be paid on site, except in the case of bookings with a private hire company, where the tax will be deducted at the time of booking.  Booking fees :  20€ per booking.  Cancellation insurance :   The amount is 4.5% of the price of the accommodation.   Deposit : Deposit to be paid on arrival at the accommodation provider. The amount depends on the flat booked.     Are cleaning and bed linen included ?  This information is given in the description of the accommodation. They are often offered as extras by accommodation providers.

When will I receive my booking confirmation ?
You will automatically receive confirmation of your stay by email once your booking has been paid. 
What should I do if I haven't received confirmation of my booking ?
Check your spam and/or contact Tignes Réservation on 00.33.4.79.40.03.03 - reservation@tignes.net 
How do I log in to my customer account ?
Log on to the Tignes Reservation website under My account. If you are logging in for the first time, use the e-mail address given when you made your reservation and create a password.  If you forget your password, click on Forgotten password.  You will find all your bookings in your customer account, where you can add services and pay for your booking. 
Where can I find my file number ?
It is indicated on the booking confirmation and must be quoted in all correspondence. 
When do I have to pay for my booking ?
The balance of the booking is due 32 days before your arrival.  1 - By direct debit 32 days before your arrival. 2 - By sending holiday vouchers to the following address: Tignes Réservatioon - La Marlière - BP 51 - 73320 TIGNES CEDEX 3 - By bank transfer. 
What are the different payment methods available ?
Online payment by credit card (except American Express) or by E-ANCV. Physical ANCVs are only accepted for payment of the balance of the booking and must be received 32 days before the start of your holiday. Our postal address: Tignes Réservation - La Marlière - BP 51 - 73320 TIGNES CEDEX  Payment by bank transfer only for the balance received 32 days before the start of your holiday.   Cheques not accepted 
Payment in several instalments free of charge
1 - Log in to your customer account, then go to My Folders and then Manage my booking.  Enter the desired amount. The full amount must be paid 32 days before arrival.  2 - Request a split payment by contacting Tignes Réservation - 00.33.4.79.40.03.03 - reservation@tignes.net. Tignes Réservation will then send you one or more payment links.
How do I obtain an invoice ?

How do I cancel my booking ?
You must send an email to Tignes Réservation: reservation@tignes.net The current terms and conditions will apply.
How do I change my booking ?
Add services (ski passes, ski lessons, etc.) by logging into your customer account.   If you need to change the date of your stay or any other details, please contact us by telephone on 00.33.4.79.40.03.03 or by email reservation@tignes.net

How do I add cancellation insurance ?
Insurance must be taken out when the booking is confirmed and cannot be taken out at a later date.
What does cancellation insurance cover ?
Open to residents of the EU, Switzerland and the UK. If you take out cancellation insurance, you will be covered : - in the event of the death, accident or illness of yourself or a member of your family. - in the event of redundancy, finding a new job, professional transfer or cancellation of paid leave. - in the event of serious damage to the insured's vehicle - in the event of lack of snow cover. - in the event of natural events preventing the stay (access road cut-off, etc.). COVID-19 refund guarantee: If the Insured tenant cannot leave for the following reason: if the Insured, his/her Spouse or a member of his/her Family as well as any person usually living with the Insured has tested positive for COVID-19 before the scheduled departure date of the trip (on presentation of supporting documents and medical certificate).
How much does cancellation insurance cost ?
The insurance fee is 4.5% of the cost of the service(s).
