Cancellation and interruption of travel insurance

We also advise you to take out cancellation insurance (EU residents) at the time of booking. You will be covered*:

STANDARD CONDITIONS 

• in the event of the death, accident or illness of yourself or a member of your family in the event of redundancy, getting a job, professional transfer or cancellation of paid holidays
• in the event of serious damage to the insured's vehicle
• in the event of lack of snow cover
• in the event of natural events preventing the stay (access road cut-off, etc.).

COVID-19 REIMBURSEMENT GUARANTEE :

If the Insured tenant cannot leave for the following reason: if the Insured, his/her Spouse or a member of his/her Family as well as any person usually living with the Insured has been diagnosed positive for COVID-19 before the scheduled departure date of the trip (on presentation of supporting documents and medical certificate).

► INSURANCE RATE: 4.5% of the cost of the service(s)

NOTA : 
To activate the COVID19 cancellation conditions and to take out cancellation insurance, the customer must provide Tignes Réservation (at the time of booking) with the name and permanent address of each participant in the holiday via a form included in the booking confirmation. If the customer falls ill during their stay, the usual cancellation conditions will apply. Apart from these cases due to COVID 19 and without taking out cancellation insurance, Tignes Reservation's usual cancellation conditions apply.
