How do I collect my ski pass?
  • If you are in possession of your old ski pass, please let us know so that we can recharge it directly on this medium.
  • If you do not yet have a Tignes ski pass, you will receive an exchange voucher with all the information you need to collect your ski pass(s) directly from the ‘Click & collect’ distributors. 
  • However, if you prefer to receive your ski passes at home by post* or from your accommodation provider when you collect the keys on your arrival in Tignes, the ‘Delivery’ option is available for €5. *Allow 8 days for delivery in France and 12 days for delivery abroad.
